Where can I find Pulse in 3 Steps

Check with your Organization's AI Settings

Not every organization uses AI the same way, and that's okay. Admins can easily switch agentic AI features on or off in "Customer Settings" to match your organizations IT or AI usage policies. 

To manage your AI settings, head to Navigation → Settings, select General, and use the Agentic AI toggle to turn the feature on or off.

Where does Pulse's data come from?

Pulse pulls in everything you already collect through PublicInput in one dashbaord view. This includes online surveys, public meeting comments, and emails.

Is my data secure?

 Absolutely. Your resident's input stays yours and is never used to train models. Learn more about how PublicInput keeps your data safe. 

 

Can I configure AI features for my organization?

Yes. AI features are configureable at the organization level.  Admins can simply toggle "agentic AI" on or off anytime to meet internal IT and AI usage policies.

The rest of dashboard stays fully available, no matter which way you toggle.

How far back does Pulse look at my data?

Pulse reviews the most recent 30 or 90 days of activity, keeping your insights relevant and up to date. 

Do our executives need paid seats?

There's no set pricing for Pulse right now.

You can add leaders as free data viewers, so the people that need the view do not cost you a seat.
